Post Cleanse Maintenance Plan

Cold pressed juices included will contain some of the following:

  • Morning Glory – lime, mint, kiwi, spinach, cucumber, apple
  • The Zinger – ginger, lemon, grapefruit, orange, carrot
  • Green Envy – lime, spinach, celery, cucumber, apple, avocado
  • Pret a Protein – apple, cucumber, avocado, pineapple, spirulina
  • The Glow – beetroot, apple, carrot, broccoli, avocado

Salads included will contain some of the following:

  • Falafel Salad
  • Asian Tofu Salad
  • Roast Veg Salad

Hot Pots included will contain some of the following:

  • Ratatouille 
  • Vegan meatballs 
  • Chickpea curry

Description

Whether it’s a 3 or a 5 day cleanse you’ve just completed, it’s important that you ease back into a normal eating pattern so that you maintain your results. We recommend you follow a whole food, plant based diet for 3-6 days post cleanse. This involves eating foods that are minimally processed and in their purest form as much as possible. With this in mind, we have developed a 3 and a 6 day post cleanse meal plan, designed to help guide you and to help maintain the results you’ve just achieved from your cleanse. On this plan, you will receive the following items per day:

Breakfast:

  • Overnight oats or chia pot 
  • Fresh Juice (250ml)

Lunch:

  • Vegan Soup & Salad (750ml)

Dinner:

  • Vegan Hot Pot (Please Note: Hot Pots will be provided frozen. Defrost daily as needed)

Snack: Vegan Treat

 

Please also note that for the 6 day plan, 2 collections / deliveries are necessary to ensure freshness. An additional 8 euro surcharge is applied at checkout in the case of deliveries to cover the second delivery cost. Unfortunately, this package is not yet available for nationwide delivery.
