Our weekly soup box gives you 2 soups per day for 5 days to add into your daily diet and to help boost your veggie intake! All soups are free from gluten and are vegan friendly. Please note that it is necessary to freeze your final two days worth of produce so that they remain fresh.

**For nationwide deliveries: If you are living outside of Dublin you will be receiving your items frozen in order to preserve their freshness. Please keep all items frozen until the morning before you wish to consume. Please defrost your items daily or as needed allowing 24 hours to defrost. Always defrost your products in the fridge 24 hours before consuming. Once thawed, please consume within 24 hours. Do not defrost at room temperature and do not refreeze. This will guarantee optimum nutrient intake!
